Welcome.
EXMER is a Telegram Mini App for managing OpenClaw AI servers. These docs explain how it works, how to set it up, and how to operate it safely.
Start here
If you've never used EXMER before, begin with the five-minute Quick start. It walks you through opening the bot, adding your first server, and installing OpenClaw on it.
Recommended reading order
- Quick start — five minutes, zero to running agents.
- Installation — deploying EXMER itself on your own server.
- Architecture — the three-tier model and how data flows.
- Servers — adding, managing, and removing OpenClaw targets.
- Agents — creating and configuring AI agents.
- RAG memory — giving agents knowledge bases with Voyage, OpenAI, or Ollama.
- AI Analysis — Claude-powered server diagnostics.
- Monitoring & alerts — what the background monitor checks and how to tune it.
- Security model — encryption, access control, audit logs.
- API reference — REST endpoints, auth, rate limits.
What EXMER is not
- Not a general-purpose SSH client. It runs a curated set of OpenClaw operations. The Terminal page exists for one-off commands, but it's not meant to replace your ssh client.
- Not a hosted service. You run it on your own server. Nothing about your credentials, agents, or knowledge leaves your infrastructure.
- Not an OpenClaw replacement. EXMER wraps OpenClaw, it doesn't fork it. We always match the latest upstream CLI.
